One of the most versatile and conventional spinning systems – Ring Spinning can produce almost all standard yarn counts and have universal appeal and applications. We employ most modern spinning machines of Trutzschler, Rieter, Toyota and Murata from Europe and Japan that requires less manual interventions.

Blendomat

Our Rieter blendomat machine collects fibers from different bales thus building uniform fiber quality for the entire lot of products and feeds into next process of mixing.

Blowing

Fiber is opened and blended unvaryingly through a series of machines called blow-rooms. Utilizing the Trutzschler and Rieter blowing machines, we achieve a consistent blend. Automatic blending systems equipped on the blow room mix different type of fibers in desired proportions. Fine opened fiber material then fed into carding machine through transportation ducts.

Contamination Detector

During the process, contamination sorter from Loptex installed in blow room line removes any colored or white foreign fiber contamination in the cotton mixture. High tech metal detector and fire protection system from Argus, USA are also linked in the process for safety.

Carding

Carding process is called the heart of yarn spinning where fiber are opened and cleaned to finest up to individual fiber level which decides the quality of final product. We have latest Trutzschler cards.

Combing

Since only longer and uniform fiber length gives better yarn quality, combing removes the short fibers thus ensuring that the yarn from combed sliver will eventually be better in quality. 100% Combed Cotton and all cotton blended ring yarns from Primayudha are produced through combed process using Reiter comber machines and confirming the best quality of yarn is produced.

Drawing

Most modern auto-leveler draw frame from Reiter confirms that every length of finisher sliver being produced with uniform mass. During the drawing process fiber blending and parallelization are carried out which helps in achieving the best uniform yarn with a minimal count CV% (lower the yarn count variation, higher the quality of yarn is).

Roving

In the roving process the drafting and twisting of the finisher sliver are made using Toyota simplex machines that makes uniform intermediate roving package for ring frames. High precision sensors constantly ensure the roving quality throughout the roving bobbin.

Ring Spinning

Desired yarn count with necessary twist is processed by drafting of roving and ring twisting process in ring frame. High precision drafting of ring spinning machines from Toyoda employed at Primayudha delivers consistent high quality yarn from each spindle. Untouched ring frame bobbins are then fed to winding.

Winding

Winding is required for making the final cone packages in Ring Spinning. Final yarn package i.e. yarn cone is produced on latest generation automated Murata winding machines. Each length of yarn is monitored online for the quality through the electronic clearers on winding machine. During this process yarn defects and breaks are replaced by yarn air splice thereby producing consistent high quality yarn package of desired length.

Vortex Spinning

Vortex spinning technology, one of the most modern and high speed-spinning technologies as of today, uses compressed air for precision yarn spinning thus called “Vortex-Spinning”. The system produces yarn from the finished sliver eliminating speed frame, ring frame and winding processes used in Ring-Frame systems. Primayudha utilizes the machineries from the inventors and pioneers of Vortex spinningMurata from Japan.
